Become a Partner

Our partners are made up of businesses and non-profit organizations, based in our community. They transform the lives of our Jail to Jobs youth by giving them the opportunity for gaining personal growth through employment training, life skills, assistance and financial support for the Jail to Jobs program. Our partners are key to the success of our youth and our program.

Businesses

SUBCONTRACTING

Our business partners offer our youth the opportunity to learn a variety of job skills while being supervised by Jail to Jobs staff on the job. The youth earns a paycheck from Jail to Jobs.

HIRING PARTNERS

Many of our youth have been hired by our partners after completion of the Jail to Jobs program. They earn their paycheck directly from the business, allowing Jail to Jobs to hire a new youth in our program training.

CORPORATE SPONSOR

We are able to continually add more to improve our program and further support our youth because of generous financial support of local businesses.

Community

NON-PROFITS

We partner with many other local non-profits who assist our youth with attaining some of their basic needs like food, housing, and transportation as well as counseling and social programs.

CHURCHES

We have over 50 different church partners who help us by providing volunteers to lead Bible studies, offer financial support, act as prayer partners and personally welcome local youth to their services.

DONORS

Individuals and families help support us financially with monthly donations.
