Layers of hummus, shredded carrots, julienned red and yellow peppers wrapped in a spinach tortilla.

Fresh mozzarella, Italian basil, heirloom cherry tomatoes on a bamboo toothpick and finished with a rosemary onion balsamic vinaigrette.
